Dr. Judith Ruskay Rabinor is the Founder and Director of the American Eating Disorder Center with offices in Lido Beach and New York City. She is the author of A Starving Madnes: Tales of Hunger, Hope and Healing in Psychotherapy and a consultant to the Renfrew Center Foundation. She is on the editorial board of Eating Disorders: The Journal of Treament and Prevention, edits the column “The Therapist’s Voice” and  supervises at the Center for the Study of Anorexia and Bulimia. She lectures and runs supervision and training groups nationwide and has published extensively regarding eating and body image pro,blems and female development. She is currently working on her next book, BeFriending Your Ex: A Savvy Guide to Life After Divorce (New Harbinger, 2012)
